Delivery of Services
At BPEM Consultants, we provide business process outsourcing (BPO), virtual assistant, and call center services digitally. Our services are delivered remotely and do not involve the shipment of physical goods. Upon agreement and completion of contractual terms, service delivery will commence as per the outlined schedule.
Service Activation
- Upon successful payment and contract approval, BPEM Consultants will initiate the requested services within 24-48 business hours.
- Clients will receive access to our virtual assistant and BPO services through email or other digital communication platforms (such as video conferencing, CRM systems, etc.).
Service Delivery Timeframes
- Standard service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (client’s local time).
- Turnaround time for service delivery will vary depending on the specific service package purchased. Custom packages or large-scale projects may require additional setup time.
- Clients will be notified in advance if there are any delays in the delivery of services.
Access and Support
- Clients can access the services via assigned account managers or through dedicated online platforms.
- For any support inquiries related to services, clients may contact our support team via email or phone during business hours. Response times are typically within 24 business hours.
No Physical Shipment
As we operate a service-based business, no physical goods will be shipped. All deliverables will be transferred digitally, ensuring faster, more secure delivery of your requested services.
Service Modifications and Adjustments
- Any requested changes to the service scope or requirements should be communicated directly to your account manager.
- Modification requests may extend delivery timelines and result in adjusted service fees, which will be communicated in advance.
